Send work orders to dispatch@redclaycg.com or through your authorized work order platform with property address, scope, and tenant contact.

Confirmation within 1 day

We confirm receipt and provide a scheduled date within one business day. Emergency requests are flagged and accommodated when possible.

Our technician arrives, communicates with the tenant professionally, and completes the work to standard.

Invoice on completion

Invoice issued upon job completion with 30-day payment terms. You'll have a clear record of work performed.
